J@mes
Dont take this the wrong way but this is the third thread in two days where you show concern about what the police may have on you and what may affect your application. is there something you are not telling us? J@mes
In that case there is a post on here from a few days ago that shows you the legal way of gaining any information that the police have on you - unless you are currently being investigated for a crime. It might be worth having a look for it and following it through - then you will get your answers

I reckon you must have lent your gun to someone and they did something rather naughty with it. Oh! Hang on, let me put that into east end schpeil for you. You 'ad a blag give you a knock 'cos u lent 'im yer shooter and nah 'e's gorn n dropped ya innit for doin' so. Shudda stuck wiv the original plan and told 'em you went dahn the ol' frog n toad for a jar o' pig's ear then back to sort aht the trouble n strife for pickin' at yer jellied eels. Savvy? Sweet! Northerner
I had to get a police check for a recent fieldtrip. You should be able to get a form that allows the police to show you any infomation they have concerning convictions, cautions, warnings, fingerprints, wanted/missing person, disqualified driver, vehicle owners, stolen/suspect property/vehicle, plus another infomation the police might have. There is fee involved for devon and cornwall it was £10. just noticed your from devon I still have the form if you want it Edited April 27, 2009 by Northerner
