:) First of all i'd like to say a big thankyou to Cranfield, who gave up his sat afternoon to walk around some of my shoot.

Im very greatfull for the hard earned info which he passed on to me. He also took one look at my new decoys and swore

with discust.

He has once again gone out of his way, this time on a sunday,

and given me some of his old decoys, thanks again.

Which brings me to me question,

On most decoys i've seen thay have the white flash on the neck and wings, I don't know if these have worn off or whether it's not that important.

Should I spray them for ease of view from the air, or would it

not make much diffrence???

what do you think?? :)  :P

Steve, it fitted my swearing "criteria". It was in the middle of nowhere, only Dead-eye was with me and the decoys he had been sold were unbelievable.

Can you imagine a soft rubber, shapeless, shell like decoy. They were terrible.

Dead-eye, a white paint pen from a craft shop ,or something similar is all you need.

I wouldn,t make it TOO white, try them first.

They were attracting pigeons up to March, thats when my flock coated ones arrived.

I enjoyed the afternoon and you know how to contact me.
