johnnyjitsu
Can anyone let me know much about the old badger? Does he upset the routine of mr rabbit spooking him underground or what? My routine hasnt changed much recently and i usually see plenty of quarry. On the last 2 shoots Badgers have been roaming around a lot and I have blanked on both occasions. Lovely to watch- the mad ******s got within 5ft of my position but I dont want him in the pot! Please help
Imperfection
I know of a particular Badger set and there is also a heck load of rabbit burrows nearby with plenty of poo pellets too so i dont think they're overly concerned about each other. Lez325
I dont think they co-habit but very often see Rabbits around Badger sets- both being Nocturnal I guess they just get on with things Les
Whizzy
Have heard of em sharing the same burrow/warren but could just be just a tale... They will happily share the same area though, I have a big patch of woodland on my permissions and one corner of it is a mass of holes. Some badger, some rabbit.. Maybe a fox in there too ? ... LEFTY478
>>This<< seems to suggest that Brock has a taste for wabbit. So quite how 'happily' they co-exist, I'm not sure...
Colster
I have heard of Badgers stealing young rabbits before but I think it's quite rare....unless of course, they are honey badgers
Shootingman
We see badgers taking rabbits regularly
George1990
We have them living very near each other, but the farmer says that they are rearly out together. When Mr Badger come out the bunnies go back in.

pegasus bridge
ive also got a lot of badger sets next to rabbit warrens (very close in fact) on my permission ; i once left two rabbits on the back bumper of my car, (was walking past it and didnt want to lug the rabbits another couple of miles) ; on return when it was almost dark , i caught a badger dragging them off !
