  1. Iv had both. Both my xtrema 2s worked faultlessly for the time I had them. My maxus occasionally jammed with clay loads, the gas spring snapped, stock was uncomfortable as was the forend, adjustability of the stock was limiting.
  2. Get boots that are designed for the terrain you'll be walking over. Most manufacturers of decent boots offer a re-soleing service, provided the uppers are still in good nick.
  3. What ever you decide, Google their reviews. I'd recommend Aigle, Harkila forresters seem to have good reviews so far too....
  4. I belong to 2 fowling clubs, members have been using steel for over 10 years, iv not heard of one person who has damaged their guns using steel shot.

  8. Never had a problem with any of my Berettas, 391 xtrema2 and a400 xtreme, sx3 was no bother, maxus used to jam quite often with clay carts as do new benelis (m2 and sbe2) If I was to get another auto, defiantly an a400....

  17. I'm getting on well with my grand vitara. Its all wheel drive with selectable diff lock and low range.... Not my vid, but have the same motor....
  18. I don't mind paying a bit extra, as long as they sort the service out and the fee only covers the cost. I waited 7 months for my last renewal !!!! That ain't even worth the 50 quid ....
