Not got this set up myself so its difficult to comment on the heat loss but someone at work has a double all the way up and she was saying about the heat given off from the flue as well. I was watching a grand design style program the other day and they had one with option 2 and too be honest i thought at the time it looked a little werid as the single went into the double. Admittidly that was childish and probably down to my mood earlier, but I am getting a little tired of the Bank bashing(not just on here but everywhere). Not lending enought clearly put all those people out of work, yep thats right must have been the banks fault. This is the goverment and medias fault for going on about overlending and low capital reserves and at the same time saying that banks need to lend more to stimulate growth without putting those two things together. How do you correct the first and do the second, its impossible? Anyway I am sure there will be another easy target along tomorrow the country can witchhunt

Actually I think because you are directly involved in the situation and believe you were 'missold' it is you that has the personal prejudice. Mine is an opinion based on my knowledge of the industry without giving a toss for the outcome of my conclution so I do have a 'real' opinion, one which some might say is more balanced than yours. I won't go into my experiances and knowledge of the 'bad apples' of the IFA market on a public forum but can assuure you it is extensive. If someone tried to sell you a car and said they guarentee it won't break down would you take that on face value or would you start thinking how can they guarentee that something won't wear out or need replacing, how do they know what the car will be like after 25 years on the road when they only made it last year?
