I have the same predicament. I have some must jumpers and jackets in XL and on other occasions I've had To send stuff back and get L. I'm about to order a schoffel so went into Evans gun shop at Bisley today to try them on; gillets that was. The sizes were numeric and I found that, although normally a 44, I needed to size down to 42. Probably added to your misery. I suggest trying to call in to a stockist and trying on before retiring back to the online marketplace. There are only small savings however online. Good luck pal.

Thanks for the pointers guys (no pun intended). It may be that I take more time off work and let her give birth back at our home in Gloucester as there are vets in Ross who dock. I don't like the idea of transporting pups any great distance at such a young age but fully understand the sacrifices that are having to be made in order to ensure lower risk of injury downstream. I don't suppose I blame vets from distancing themselves from what is a contentious issue (especially to the ignorant) but, as you say, the situation is getting worse for us. I'll use the links provided to direct some more research. Take care lads.

Hoping to get some help from the PW community regarding a vet who docks. We have just left Dorset where we had a great relationship with all the staff at Damory Vets who looked after our dogs and docked our cocker bitch's last litter. Having recently moved to Northwood, Middlesex, we are struggling to locate a vet who is prepared to dock. All s/g & firearms Certs held, valid permissions and syndicate membership evidence is available; it would just seem that the area isn't as exposed to field sports as Dorset. Any members have any steers please. Many thanks.

Very interested. Do you have a photo please. Regards.

Great condition Promatic Junior Trap. £250 collected from Blandford, Dorset. Bought this for tuition but no longer needed. Comes with release cord and extension around 50m, I'll throw in a 12v battery. Quick release battery connectors. I have mounted the trap onto a really robust trolley which has a tow ball which enables you to adjust the trajectory easily with a spanner. See pictures on photo bucket at the link below. http://s1371.photobucket.com/user/Mancub10/library/ Regards.

Having sought advice from Emma at southern counties; I have reduced this to £850. I was offered £700 for trade in but was told to try private first but at a price Emma thought more accurately reflected market value. Therefore - £850 guys. Regards.
