  1. You watch, come december they'll change the web page and con all the kids into thinking its santas bloody sleigh LOL
  2. Yes, put it in a carrier bag though or people might give you stange looks as you walk down the road with a kettle.
  3. Ahh, Cheers. At least we now know it's still up there.......you sure it was above the clouds and not hurtling towards us with some panicky Russian inside screaming whilst trying to get a parachute on LOL
  4. Wot's an "ISS"?....is it a flying snake LOL
  5. Driving Lamps are different, as they serve a diferent purpose and are mounted in a particular location on the vehicle accordingly.....in totally different position to Fog lamps BTW. However, they have to extinguish upon the dipped or main beam being switched on and are perfectly legal to use during the day time in clear driving conditions.....As indeed you say, they come on automatically when the engine is started, but operate as stated previously. Fog lights being used when road conditions are clear or dictate that their use is unnecessary on the other hand is not legal as they tend to dazzle oncoming and leading traffic.
  6. Side lights n fog lights on at the at the same time......when there's no fog
  7. I wish they wouldn't use them along with their poxy front fog lights "'cos it make me motah look kewl...init"... merchant bankers
  8. Puts a whole new meaning on keeping a shovel in the boot this winter eh LOL
  9. That's good then.....fingers crossed
  10. pretty sure you'll come unstuck regarding the Air Rifle as under the VCR act it should have been locked away in a secure place.....I doubt the insurers or the Police would say outside in a shed is a suitable location for storing an Air Rifle. Best of luck with your claim though.
  11. According to A mate who's just bought an 07 plate TDV6 the early ones had problems with the oil pump casings which can fail, Causing catastrophic engine damage to the tune of £9k. They were later redesigned on the late 3's & 4's. My mate, being uncertain as to whether his oil pump casing was a replacement one or still the early one has had it changed along with his timing & injection belts for his own peace o mind.....the part costs around £60 from Landrover.
  12. I you didn't know that the magazine in question was about shooting...someone might be mistaken or thinking that "Pull" Magazine" was a paper version of a dating site offering hints n tips on how to get laid. Then again, judging by the OP's description of what's in the picture maybe it is and the subject is dangling his worm hoping a bird might fancy a nibble LOL
  13. Personally I'd tell her to mind her own business and get a life of her own and stop interfering with your affairs. She's a kilometre away from your shoot so unless someone is telling her when you are there she must have amazing hearing.
  14. can you claim for mileage and put the fuel receipts in as well or is that taking the pee?
  15. That's shocking Mate....Never mind the screaming & shouting, I'd be kicking some ***** around the workshop if someone did that to my motor. and then tear 'em a new one
