Selling my much loved 8x56 scope as I need a scope with more mag... It's practically un-marked apart from a very faint cabinet mark on one side...the glass is 100% un marked. Unfortunately I have no box or papers as my wife threw them out when we got our new house...it has the sunshade and butler creek flip up front cover..it's the Hungarian model and fantastic in low light..if not 100% happy with scope I will offer a full re-fund..It's the 4a reticule £300 or best offer...pm me. Mrs Archie is a blood specialist at Manchester royal and claims a pint of water before bed is the best way...as a hangover is all about dehydration and other stuff... Still doesn't stop her getting a hangover after a few glasses of wine... I allways used to have a tomato juice with loads of wostershire sauce..,then just go back to bed....

It's a beast of a round on foxes...I use hornady 32 v-max from my local gun shop and they have good amounts of it No recoil and on foxes I believe it's ideal as its nice and flat.. Your more than welcome to come and have a try with it mate...

Had a look out last night with russ and after a few fields we saw this vixen on the edge of a wood.... Russ deliverd the good news with my howa 204 at 200 meters and scored a purfect head shot.... I also shot a small dog fox but the 204 made a real mess so decided not to post a pic...The vixen only had half a tail as well ...

hope this is in the rite section A large walnut tree has blown over at work and ive managed to get a few thick lumps..if anybody is interested. not enough to make a stock or anything the lumps are about 5/6 inch thick and about 5 ft long.. im thinking knife handles,priests, ect.. looks quite good stuff but im not a expert.. its not for sale just free to a good home.. pm for details.. First fox for me Then getting a crack at grouse on a private moor and managing to get a brace as well... Then my first hare on my uncles farm...all before I was 16 years old....

This is my log fire it's a Fireline fx5...it's quite close to the back wall of my living room and it's surrounded by a fire resistant board that you can paint...and has a slate bast that it sits on... It's in a open plan living room and dining room and is almost too warm it's a 5kw fire with a reflector plate that pushes the heat forward... Also warms the front bedroom... Hope this is of some use...

In my 243 that I had I used sako rounds 100gn... Not a bad round and accuracy was about a inch so was good enough on foxes... Rich
