  1. Exactly not allot of people can get hold of wild geese so I thought it would be nice to offer them to someone on here
  2. I'm giving them away hense no price and I have used some my freezer is full so I thought someone else might want them.
  3. I have 3 greylags and a Canada all shot yesterday and been hung in my garage if anyone would like them they are all young birds apart from the Canada. I'm located between bury st Edmunds and Ipswich. Thanks Ben

    Steel shot

The killed at that range had the odd one that needed a second shot but I get that with the 42s as well it's not the cartridge not killing them its me not putting it quite in the right place. But defiently would not use them for a specific goose cartridge.
  5. Mines always worked on the grey lags and easy to use

    Steel shot

They will be close depends how late I leave them but still want something that will give me a little range like 40 yards for the geese I've got a load of 36 1s but I thought the pattern will be abut patchy for duck

I usually just shoot geese and stick to game bore 42g bb's but Ive got a piece of land I can shoot both geese and duck and don't want to switch between 2 cartridges would eley lightning 36g 3s be to much for duck and to little for geese? Thanks Ben
  8. See if you can have a go see if you shoot it well
  9. I've got one use it for wild fowling and pigeons hasent missed a beat
  10. well done, very good start to the season
  11. Quite sad ruins the future of the sport if it carries on and I'm sure the ones who are shooting these massive bags are not putting in the time and effort like work parties.
  12. Some people don't understand the fact that shooting big bags all season ruins the sport for the future and the rest who follow the principle that 6 birds is plenty it's not like they are causing damage. I'd quite happily shoot small bags consistently throughout the season than one big one and the rest of the outings not producing any birds.
