i am new to semi autos however i have been shooting for years, so apart from the obvious safety plug,gun up gun down,is there etiquette,anything that grates when you see a s/a shooter behaving badly when shooting clays..

Dont know about you lot but I find clay shooting a great leveler,ok so you sometimes get the occasional ***,but you will soon be in good company...

I have a 682 silver plate 32" sporter multi choke it is a heavy gun but it points well,and swings well too,I love it but i am a big bloke.Enjoy your gun mate the comments says loads..

hello all,I have been under a great deal of strain,lately due to my wife suffering a long term illness, Parkinson disease.We have reached another phase with her disease and she is looking at being treated by a different method,which will hopefully make her a lot more comfortable.I love her dearly and am getting chocked up just writing this.I have however an awful feeling of guilt,i do what I can to help her however i get a bit short with her.I think I need help some support and advise,support I can get from PD support groups and GP. my consern is that as soon as you mention depression to a GP the alarm bells go off the police are at the house rounding up the guns.Im not like that i'm a family man,have lots of friends and dont think I fall in the at risk category.If I did have my guns taken away i really would get the hump,getting out on the occasional Sunday shooting clay is great and really look forward to it. thanks and appreciate any help.I will get help either way.
