Hello my names Matt, Just recently baught a air rifle, and heard about the hanslope club and bedford shooting range, will be looking for people who are near me to shoot with, Do not have any permissions atm wouldnt have the first clue who to ask and where!. Regards, Matt.

I am joining a club, i will continue to shoot in my garden occationally.. when i can see no neighbors are out. as the police where leaving i asked them to go to who ever had made the complaint and explain the situation, they said thats fine. Im not here to cause trouble just needed some advice, i didnt want nor need half other info people seem to have racked up on this subject haha but i guess in a forum this big it comes with it, to all who have a harsh opinion id ask u to agree to disagree and not post anymore on this. 1. i have a headset .. wow realy going this low ? 2. i dont play music all times of the day im not a douch. . . i was baught up with mannors and respect, i dont **** where i eat and as i stated.. this is the FIRST time ive had police here from them. 3. The sheets where put up as a request from the neighbor to stop richochet, 4. I do respect my neighbors, more then humble and ive previously been friends with this neighbor for a few years, i even let him use my gas garden mower 2 years running. pass it strait over the fence.. im not a ****, you havent read everything, You've probably took one look at the state of my backdrop (fair doo's to what u think but what you say.. shame on you didnt your mother teach you bout not having anything nice to say.. and stop changing the subject the problems not my backdrop its my neighbor, its not the way im living .. im living fine thankyou. Judgmental.. 5.I asked *if u read..you'd know* for him to come out so we could talk away from him being pressured by his wife n her mum because as i said we was previously friends when it was him and his younger brother living together. now his wife has moved back in hes become... different. 6.You ... yes YOU didnt read what I said .. so dont start trying to act like you did.. Your points are flaud and if honest just aimed at putting me down not helping me. 7. I have NOT been out of order, i do NOT play music extremely load and when i have it up a little say when tideying my house.. ill close all the doors n windows to help. im very considerate. i dont play music past voice volume past 9 accept some weekends if i have mates around it will be around 10-11 no later. no earlier noise i wont even hoover or flush between 11:30 and 7 am so i realy do think ur harsh words are un warrented and hardy. 8. for everyone else agreeing with himm.. barrrrrrrr humbug. 9. I will continue to shoot. i will get a better catcher for my bullets, get rid of the old back drop as soon as i have the new targets with backing etc. (I will also how ever joing a shooting club etc hanslope and possibly bedford). 10.Thanks for ur negative nasty opinions about living like a tramp and being a neighbor from hell. maybe they where more focused on the badger and two foxes.. and didnt pay much attention to the odd pop and whistle from ur gun ? not sure but maybe? Regards, Matt.

I know this might seem a little nieive but.. i dont watch the news, read the news paper because.. and this bits important, i feel powerless and dont know what to do, think army - think not fighting in the right place for the right corse and i hear alot of stuff hear and there but never realy think much of it due to the media exadurating alot, lieing, and the government creating terror to take our rights etc i dont always understand why we enter and withdraw alot and do not have a massive understanding infact i have a tiny understanding of politics i just know its extremely shady and i will not vote as long as they only go a little left a little right and when i see one of them talk and beleive them without feeling there incredible hidden agenders through there odly snakey eyes, how many times (not hystorical i seriously have no clue) have they raised the threat level to this high without anything happening since the twin towers. . . even stuff like the bostin, i didnt go to much into it because as soon as i did stuff didnt make a hole lot of sence and thats where it gets even more scarey. . I wouldnt put it past the rich people from west being behind it like they where behind hitler its all coats and daggers and i although find it interesting do not no alot about and i never seem to be able to get two opinions that co-resspond with eachother etc etc!!!!!! so many different views/ angles its so much to take in!!!! Never new these things even existed.. never seen one in milton keynes or surrounding bush ive been two, same goes for Stoats never seen one of them either! would love to hunt these!!!

+1 but untill i come on here and posted this i wasnt even aware of the one in hanslope which seems to be the only one near enough to get two without spending a bomb!, I appreciate what your saying and if people where less silly about it and asked me geniunly id have explained why they where in the garden to beggin with. Anyways ta again, I didnt even know you could own guns in the UK with LR's ... untill i ventured into the gun shop to buy some air gun pellets and had a chat with the guy, im hearing 6 months in a gun club and then apply for a liscence or somthing?, im realy not to interested in 12 gauge as i have no where to shoot one atall and i dont think shooting that in my back garden is going to get me any praise ;) ... joke incase anyone didnt quite grasp that one. Todaloo, Ive had enough for today, been a early start and not a great one i must admit, Speak soon. Okay now its gone from people being helpfully, kindly pointing stuff out to people now trying to take the Michael, lets get a few things strait since i will from this point ignore any comments of people trying to be nasty or just having fun at my expense.. doing exactly what one of you said could have been happening stereo typing and being critical of something they clearly couldn't even be bothered to read the hole post, Backdrops are temporary but extremely reliable. I've had the rifle less then 4 days for Christ sake i will as i said be joining an air gun club, the other thing is swell my council are lazy five put the sofa out the front and they didn't collect it, i have no transport to get such a huge thing to the skip. its been out back a few weeks until better arrangements, i then saw to use it as a temporary back drop.. before i had the metal targets just using SMK targets. So.. Im not a bad person,.. the hat.. well i ware my hat due to a bad haircut in that picture backwards so the cat could sit on it.. my dog whose also seems to have been stereo typed is a lovely dog whose great and on top of that and all in all as i said this has been cleared up. I should have known it was to good to be true to post on a forum and not come across some form of troll. Again i thank the people who helped, people now trying to stir the pot i will no long reply to ive said my peice. Regards, Matt.

also yeah the stoeger x20 suppressor standard etc.. paid to much for it was annoyed when i saw prices online! baught it a local gun shop!

Sticker bit made me giggle.. its a authentication sticker u are ment to leave them on not that id normaly even be wairing a flat cap i havent since i was young i had recently baught it due to a hair cut.. shaved head and no the cat needed it to sit on it that way round or hat it would fall of otherwise, nah beleive it or not its not a sterio type its a missus coming back and brother moving out stress situation i was friends with him before that. infact id bet u my last pound if his wife didnt live there he would be popping pellets with me. :( I am the son of a preacher haha, i wouldnt say i dress nor talk a certain way, i do not get sterio typed very often, im very polite as much as i know how to be, i try to be understanding and i put myself in others shoes if i can, but all that said u make / made a fair point and other circumstances applied im sure that could have been the case up untill she moved back in with him ive never EVER had problems with neighbors...! Well thanks for all the help, from what everyones saying ive got a generall idea of what to do, how to be and what to say if it comes to problems again! i appreciate all the help, even those who either misunderstood or just didnt agree with me, ill agree to disagree and hopefully see you at a shooting range for a chin wag and an update! Yeah that helps me alot mate.. Thank you!! Also hope this isnt pushing it but do you know of any farmers, or any land where you can shoot rats etc, etc Im not sure if ill need help with the shooting itself as u said sunday they have to help alot, although anything i can learn are always welcomed, At the moment i can hit a 5 p from 30 ft - 10 yards, havent had further to try it yet! not sure if thats even hard since i dont know any other shooters, my mates cant do it but they are far from shooters, some are first timers, some mates talking about getting involved with me which would be nice!! Matt.

Again more info on it !! great ta, nah i understand fully as i said it was the ONLY place i could shoot untill now, hence why i signed up to this forum two days ago, so i was already (before the police came) was looking for somewhere else more suitable to shoot!, so this is all great news for me, its a shame its only a sunday shooting range!
