  1. That high tower there is fun but i too see many people wait till they slow right up(over the walkway i might add) i find it easier to take them quickly although try it there on a windy day and things get very interesting!!

I have one and its a superb gun if you are anywhere near cambs dead eye you can come have a go with mine i have a 30" game model tho i should have bought a sporter the deep relief engraving is not to everyones cup of tea i quite like it tho i`m lucky with mine as it has a lovely bit of wood but if you have the cash i would recomend one.
  4. I too have found them noisey and espcially in a fibre wad another good cartridge to try if you like a puchier load is the Saga export 32/6 or 5 in english i have used these for three years and found them absolutley superb HTH

  6. 1000 baikal records would do me now those were a proper cartridge they sorted men from the boys but failing that i would use express supremes given the finance to buy them

Reminds me years ago my ex employer askes me to pluck some pigeon he had shot no probs i said me and my colleage would do them after breakfast after breaky we nipped round the shed to pluck and remove the breastmeat for him the woodys didnt take long to find you could smell them they had been left for four days full of rape we did the first two at arms length then my mate yakked on his one which made it even worse eventually we had to give up and amit to the boss his pigeons wernt worth bothering with...by the way has anyone ever heard off the rape from a pigeons crop being boiled and eaten becuse i know he used to do this...

Sure.. this is a great gun and it a beretta for starters so that helps it`s in price range to itself, it if fits well and its in good order,then 303`s are usually a good buy, it always helps if you know someone who is knowledgable on guns then they can help you avoiding dropping in any pitfalls hth
  17. on the good side the 10/22 is fast and a nice rifle but i too had a few jams with mine but one of my mates has run perfrectly but theres one thing we both agree on is the 10/22 aint as accurate as bolt action
  18. Personaly speaking i would always pick the beretta/browning i have tried a lot of cheaper guns before and ended up with berettas anyway they just dont shoot the same the big makes..just my opinion hth

I have been looking at the beretta urika i have had a 303 in the past but i quite like the teknys with the tri-bore barrels but was wonering in it came in a proper stock rather that the wood extra laminate stuff(looks good on cupboards but a no-no for me on guns im afriad) and the where abouts i may find one i have looked on gt already
