Firstly thanks to everyone thats helped me rehome the Snap Caps and Brushes and Cleaning Kits already I have just a few 12G cleaning kits left - two pairs of Chrome 12G snap caps and a few 20G Snap Caps in Brass or Ali left The cleaning kits are mostly new but old stock and mostly at the cheaper end of the spectrum some have plastic jags But I also have some used 12G Brushes, Jags and Mops and I'm happy to add one of each used to each kit (condition varies) As before I have to say a price so I'd say £7 per kit plus postage happy to consider reasonable offers - see the pictures if you want a specific one please ask I have a couple of nostalgic kits (Webley etc) with the "3 in 1" style oil and various flanelletes etc and a home made wooden box with a perspex sliding lid - happy to take offers around £12 each +P&P with used rods and jag/brush/mop Theres also some wire brushes (see last picture) anyone that wants one or two of them can have that as well thrown in (condition varies) Anyone that can tell me what you need one of them for I'd be interested (is it for the chamber?) Postage - Please Note Most cleaning rods break down to 2x 43cm sections so the boxes are typically between 44-46cm If the box is less than 45cm I can send as a small parcel for about £3 If the box (like the wooden box and the Webleys) is over 45cm its more like £5.80 for a medium parcel Happy to wrap and send without the box if youd prefer

I sold my Savage 30 Pump a few months ago As soon as I sold it I regretted it and I let the guy that bought it know if he wanted to sell it back he should let me know, fortuately he decided he wanted to try a semi-auto and I had a Hatsan Escort I wasnt using much so we exchanged the Savage for the Hatsan. Thats him and me both happy then 🙂 One question though - its a quite unusual circumstance you buy a gun back although I'm sure some here would have done it, I tried to get hold of FEO and couldnt but as I already show the Savage on my certificate I assumed I didnt need to write it on there again - just send the Form 11. Anyone else been told what to do in this case? D

Quick update; Running out of 12G Brass Ali and Red Springy Plastic - only have a couple of Chrome pairs (one with a small non-affecting dent) plus a single grey plastic and a single black plastic Still have a few brass and aluminium 20G - also have single plastic springy 20g and single black plastic 20G Thats about it I'm afraid Thanks to everyone thats purchased something D

Hi I have 2x MEC 600s Jr - one is an old pre-82 model and one is a MkV - I already have a 12G set up on the pre-82 so I am looking to have one dedicated for each calibre so need either/or a) 410 3" MkV die set b) 410 3" pre-82 die set c) 12G MkV die set d) 410 MEC 600Jr (a complete press of either pre-82 or MkV already set up with 410 dies) e) 410 spacer block f) 410 Charge bars (or just useful sized charge bars) g) other random bits of 410 or 12G reloading (wads cards etc.) you might not have a use for particularly spares like MEC bottles Please PM me if you can help out with any of the above Thanks D

Hi I am trying to have a bit of a clear out and I have about 15 boxes of small bore cleaning patches that I dont need They are individually marked up at £1.99 each but happy to send out whatever fits in a cost efficient post method I just hope they are useful to someone else Each box has 75 patches Please see picture - if youd like some just let me know quanitity and if you prefer PH or Bisley If you'd like some snap caps as well I still have 12G and 20G (see other ad from a few days ago) I also have some various cleaning kits brushes etc I'll be posting as soon as I have a minute D

We used to get lanyards attached to our tac knives - never lost one in years of crawling around in the mud and muck They were green like a cross between braded para cord and a bungee - really useful but no idea if you can get one now ! D

WANTED - Winchester Super X 3" 410 5 Shot 000 Buckshot (Part Number XB 413) As far as I know Winchester no longer make this exact spec so I am hoping someone has a couple of boxes they dont intend to use or an RFD has got a few stacked at the back of a shelf somewhere. Appreciate this is a really old post but how to calculate/measure the pressure? I recently read another post that suggested it was beyond the capabilities of a simple calculation (talk of rocket ship formulae) As posted elsewhere I am looking to create a 410 load that will have optimum range, so looking at larger shot (00/000 buck) but with a UK S2 legal 410 load consisting of 5x 000 Buck we are talking about c21g and 45mm of shot column probably needing a 76mm cartridge so this thread is interesting - particularly the point about reducing powder causing an increase and potential excessive pressure. Obviously I am looking for the load to be inherently safe and I'm not specifically concerned with it being sub-sonic or not. D
