To be honest it's a slow process you have had quite a lot done, it took me about a year to get back to work and feel ok again, but what a difference it made, may I wish you all the best .

I had one a few years ago, I have a fear of flying so I took a lesson to help me overcome it, to be honest it's the most scariest thing I've ever done, legs like jelly throwing up the shakes I had the lot, but it's a good experience to have, I done mine at halfpenny green near Wolverhampton , It never did put me right I still have fear of flying.

Yes o/u I,m looking for an old miroku skeet gun, trying to get back into shooting after illness, but I suppose I would consider other makes as long as barrel is short, sorry for the late reply.
