To be honest it's a slow process you have had quite a lot done, it took me about a year to get back to work and feel ok again, but what a difference it made, may I wish you all the best .

I had one a few years ago, I have a fear of flying so I took a lesson to help me overcome it, to be honest it's the most scariest thing I've ever done, legs like jelly throwing up the shakes I had the lot, but it's a good experience to have, I done mine at halfpenny green near Wolverhampton , It never did put me right I still have fear of flying.

I saw hedgehog on my garden last night , the first one I,v seen for donkeys, we used to see them splattered all over the lane when we were kids, I was well chuffed.

I have them on my focus, they are a budget tyre and to be honest very good, mind you I don't go off road much.

I had a triple bypas in 2007 it took me 11 months to recover, I felt great after, you have nothing to fear and yes I still shoot but changed to a 20g all the best and keep your chin up

Hi i have two boys 177 rifles for sale, the first one is a BSA MERLIN UNDERLEVER IN 177 SERIAL No IS KA5461. it still works but needs work, and is in original used condition the stock has no splits but it has a few small scuffs, the blueing is presentable to good. asking £75, the other one is a WEBLEY & SCOTT RANGER BREAK BARREL SERIAL No524, works fine condition is average stock is good , again this needs small amount of work asking £65 for this, if your looking for a boys rifle these are the ones you want, kids grown up and left now. if you want pic,s send us an email. thanks nedrider...

theoben sirocco gas ram .20 carbine 7.5" barrel, 3/9/40 ags scope the gun is in very good condition it shoots very well, under an 1" at 30 yards the stock has had a repair, although still shoots good, you can use it as it is no problem, or maybe restock it with a thumbhole stock or make a custom rifle....£175 for a quick sale. if you want pictures i,ll email them. thanks Ned......

Hi guys i just got a theoben break barrel trouble is i c,ant sus out what model it is ,been told an evolution but then my mate recons its a fenman, it has a 7.5" barrel, with a moderator fitted , he system writen on the top, a solid block to mount sights on ,its .20 cal, the stocks a normal sporter type, can someone please tell me the difference between the two rifle,s thanks in advance..........
