I am sure that most of you will have seen the news ( TV & Radio) this morning covering the latest Avian Flu outbreak. All across Europe at the moment. For those of you that missed it - all Poultry/Duck & Geese should be locked inside or if not practical all precautions taken to keep the wild bird population separated from feed, water and areas used by the domestic birds. DEFRA is also asking that people report any instances of dead or ill wildfowl, waders, Gulls etc. I am sure our shooting orgs and wildfowling clubs will be issuing guidance at some point but until then folks please be aware.

I was in Gilsan Sports Richmond branch chopping in my Beretta for a Benelli M2 and noticed he has a mint like new Grey Shadow SX3 in stock,its a 8 shot listed as Composite online. Knowing people on here prefer them it might be ideal for one of the members Figgy

Any fan of the above series worried that the sequel movie will not be as good as the first-worry not-9/10 and as good if not a little better than the first film.

Just thought I would give some of you guys a heads up about some of the clothing available at TK Maxx. A couple of weeks ago I bought a pair of Craighoppers trousers for £20; they wouldn't be the warmest but for walking around or even summer pigeon shooting they will be good. There are a full selection of different Craighopper gear and apparently these are the make that Bear Grylls wears. I was also in today and noticed a pair of Sherwood hunting trousers for £30. Unfortunately, there was only 1 pair, which was XXL and too large for me, but I will be keeping an eye incase any other pairs become available.
