Has anyone renewed ect w/ Surrey/Sussex recently and give an indication on waiting times? I have filled all of table 2 so want to get a new certificate with space in Table 2 if I want to buy something else, but weighing that against being without my cert for a time? I asked and they said they wouldn't tell me and also I asked if I had to send it in or just a copy and they said I had to send in original. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Beaters wanted near Haslemere, Surrey. We are a very friendly shoot and would like to welcome beaters and their dogs to join our team. As per title, really. I'm looking for a decent gunsmith around Haslemere who can do some basic work on my shotgun during the summer off-season. Anybody recommend or advise against any local dealer? Thanks.

Hi all I know this is not the best way of gaining permission but I thought it would be worth a try. I am look to get permission to shoot in surrey. I have been helping a pal out for the past 2 years on 2 farms in Kent where he has his permission. Due to family ties (2 young children and a 9 month baby) I am looking to get my own area nearer to home. In Kent we were mainly helping with the pigeons and lamping the rabbits (now and again). I would be looking to do the same locally as I have all the equipment for both and a truck. I have my shotgun licence and BASC insurance (full licence). I also have a good understanding on how to look after the owners land. If anyone can help, advise or point me in the right direction, please feel free to reply. Hi, Myself and some friends are looking for some shooting over the Surrey area. We are all very experiences shots and hold both firearms and shotgun licences. We also hold out own insurance. We are mainly looking for permission to shoot over land for pest control (rabbits, foxes etc...) but we are also looking for permission to shoot wood pigeons, crows etc. If you have any land that would be suitable or need some help in pest control or crop protection over the next year please get in touch. Farmer has asked me to stick a post up! Looking for 4 people per day to shoot over 180 acres of land in Guildford. Including mid week. There is a mixed bag of Woodies and Rooks with a day rate of £75 per head. Shooting is on a DIY basis. £25 per head non refundable deposit required due to a couple of no shows last year and we had to cancel people willing to come

despite living in rural place i cant find a permission anywere i tried umpteen farms estates golf courses knocked on doors got cards made up advertised in country stores gained my sgc got ferrets but still no permission i honestly thought the people who said no to shooting might be ok with a bit of ferreting but dont seem that way i think my only option may be to tag along with someone else
