***?-they had no legal rights whatsoever to remove your dog from your land-if the dog was in obvious distress then they could call the RSPCA but in removing the dog and landing you with a bill they must be held accountable. The kennels had no right to charge you for the return of your own dog either-take em both to the small claims court.

the pounds do make me laugh , i got a job not long ago in my taxi from a old guy i had to take him to hmmm cant remeber the place some where near boston i think mind is playing tricks , the dog got out the back garden and was in the alley way (the dog had a tag on with adress and phone numvber) some one found it (4 doors down) phoned the dog warden who then took it 74 mile away to a dog poound whenre the old guy recieved a phone call saying they had his dog , so he had to pay the taxi fair of £90 i only charged him £50 and pay £75 to get his dog back , when all it would have taken is two mins to check the dogs collar and see it was 4 houses down from where the dog was found ! some people are brain dead or just wanting to make a qucik buck!
