groach1234
Yeah they are ******* great guard dogs but i hate them with a passion when i was on the beach at 7 a german shepherd chased me down the beach and bit me and has mentally scared me with them haha. al4x
can't say I'm keen either, not sure they're only nasty if you teach them as I've seen a few with issues. I've got one at the moment that its owner thinks is fine to let off the lead and run at people and their dogs aggressively. Its muzzled just to make the impression worse but its going to have issues as my placid GWP is going to take it apart if she is ever off the lead at the same time never seen her do it to another dog and is probably protecting me but not what I want happening

Andy75
One is walked where I go for morning walkies every day. Damned thing tries to kill my Sprocker every time it see's him. Have had words with the owner, and she tries to keep it on a lead but it pulls her over. Hate the sodding things. tweedledee
you guys must have come across some bad dogs.shepherd in name shepherd in nature,i have witnessed jack russels be just as menacing to other dogs.it`s just the size that puts you off these gsd`s.every police force in the world uses them for their intelligence and ease of training. Mrs Sweepy
Shes a lovely dog Mr Dee One of my clients have one came from a rescue center and shes a real softy. The owner is bedridden. And when i pull up on the drive all you can hear is this dog barking at the door. Which i should think would put anyone off whos not used to dogs. But the second i open that door she stops sits and offer me her paw.I have never had any reason to fear walking though that door. I go into many houses with dogs all shapes and sizes. And its not the big ones that are aggressive towards me . It the little ankle biters i always look out for. My pet hate are westies. Cute my **** xxxxSuzy
pyr8
i,ve had a few shepherds and they are great dogs, loving and loyal and very intelligent.great with people unless instructed to bark.could leave the family at home and know they were safe with the dog watching them.would trust them over most people i know.but like most dogs it,s the owners that cause the problems not the animal.
