The Peewee is the one you want, this call is dynamite and the best i have used ( and i have probably used most available).

The company will post to the UK and they cost about £12 including postage

buy yourself a Hare call

will go round your neck on a lanyard like the wam....found the wam good but the Hare call will be a lot louder with chance of pulling in from furhter afar

...then can alternate between it and the wam ...experiment

only thing with Hare call .....sounds like someone being totured at high voilume ...can make the hair on back o yer neck stand up ...heheheheeee

www.foxcalluk.co.uk is also worth having - depends what the fox wants on the night though.

SS was using a squeeker out of a dog toy last night and that worked a treat!

I have one of these, cheap and dead easy to use, just put it between you teeth and blow, seems to work pretty good, great service sent cheque and had it by return of post

seems its a small operation when I phoned I spoke to the wife and she was very helpfull

Just remember they are hard to call this time of the year - other things on their mind

The Crit R Call i mention above is great - it worked one night even when a £500 Foxpro digital caller ( with real sound of rabbits etc) wouldn't !!!!

Another vote for these  I have been very happy with mine although I have overdone it a bit on the same piece of land, a bit loud so I am going to get a squeeky bubble thing out of a toy too as I lost my last one.

Have you tried the Tenterfield Fox Whistle ? I saw/heard it last week on a Youtube clip. I e mailed the chap to ask what he was using and Tenterfield was the reply. Long story short, bought one in Sportman for £9.99. It sounds fantastic, but takes 1/2 hour practice to get it sounding right. I have not been able to go out with it yet due to other evening commitments this week, but hopefully Sunday night. I will post up my findings. You can also make your own if you search for Tenterfield on YouTube.

Have a look at the Youtube clip here

The chap shooting uses a .223 rifle and shoots the foxes whilst they are running !

I think the whistle sounds 100% bang on. Hopefully i will get similar results :good:
