If you are talking about the Black or Green Hogue stock...Yes.

 

As mentioned above there MAY be issues, as these stocks are pretty flexible and pressures may develop, but I have not heard of any issues specifically, and these stocks can be found on some of the Remingtons as well...and presumably others too!

i have the howa 1500 lightning 243 with hogue stock and have bipod on mine with no probs.

If its the original stock, as per when Howas were still being imported by Fox Firearms then i wouldnt fit one without re-inforcing the forend, mine was super flexible (worst stock ive ever seen).

 

Im not sure what the hogues are like as i've not owned one. Fine i would think.
