dan the gun
hi all, i have posted a post on the shooting available page but now have some pics of the heads taken over the last week or so. i would put them on the actual post but can't work it out Hi all, high seat muntjak, fallow and roe stalking available in Suffolk. the estate is over 20,000 acres with no shortage of beasts and also has a number reds. The price is £150 per outing this includes 3 cull animals (munty, fallow, roe or red). The estate is alive with deer and has large numbers of trophy heads with 3 trophy muntys and 2 trophy roe taken just last week. Novice stalkers are also welcome with an estate rifle available. This offer is available to friendly and honest people from novice to the experienced stalker. If you don't have a chance to take a shot, you can come back free of charge. But believe me the ground is alive... If you need any more info please PM me regards Dan Edited May 17, 2010 by dan the gun

dan the gun
If you wanted to take one or two home is the cost on top or included? what do you mean by take one or two hame mate do you mean the heads? or the carcass? if you mean the heads then fill your boots, they are yours. as for the carcass they remain the property of the estate but can be purchased at game dealers rate Dan let me just add to this if we came to an arangement where you wanted to take 5 or six beasts then i supose we could consider giving you a munty or two. Dunkield
No Problem fella, there is also a tutorial at the top of this section. If you get any more decent Muntie heads and they don't want the skin can you let me know please? I have a medal head in for a full shoulder mount, they have offered to re-skin it for me but they don't have a skin big enough - so they are waiting for one to become available. I guess that request goes to anyone reading this - PM me rather than derail Dan's thread - thanks

docholiday
sorry dont want to upset your thread, but you are getting someone to pay to cull animals, they dont get the meat and cull animals are not trophy heads, doesnt matter how many they shoot, the more the better for the cull. so 150 for a stalk is way over the top, same deal down my way 70 to 90 tops. anyway guess its all about market forces and hope things work out for you cheers doc
Dunkield
As with anything for sale, it is up the individual to decide if the deal is a good one for them or not.

Shotgunspud
I know the land and know of the numbers in that area it has always been very good!! and the land if the same i think it is that Dan has picked up well lets just say unmanaged for years land so you all no what that brings big numbers Yes £150 is not cheap for a stalk but 3 cull animals per stalk sounds good to me at that price. Doc I don’t deal much in deer stalking, but £70 – £90 tops for the same offer!! I would keep that to yourself if I were you mate sounds good!!!! Dan you know the market you are after and what you can offer the stalker, some people may get it cheaper and good on them!! In my opinion it’s a good offer at a good price. Muntjac
Hi, I would like to buy a couple of full days if possible? I am willing to pay the £300 a day but are you sure you can guarantee getting me on a Munt, Fallow and Roe in same outing? How long have you had the stalking for and what is your yearly average cull? What are your trophy fees? Are you able to cape and prepare heads if I am there for a few days? Thanks, Munjtac.
