shooternick
Was told that a fox had been taking lambs on my mates fathers land, so sat out and waited with the foxpro caller in the middle of the field about an hour later this very mangy dog fox skirted round us and came towards the caller the shot was taken quickly and down it went . It was a very bad conditioned fox hardly any hair on its tail and hair just beginning to grow back on its belly probably better off dead than suffering. Anyway the lambs will be safer now

Frenchieboy
Not only the safest thing to do with a complaint about the lambs being "threatened" but judging by how you described it's condition possibly the most humane thing to do as well! Well done mate!

ollie
could be that it was starving and lambs were its last option but hey like you say better put out of its misery good shooting m8 I have found through experience (saw this many times), that mangy foxes can be very indiscriminate killers. They seem to kill the lambs an leave them. I wonder has it got something to do with an iritation caused by the Mange? Good shooting
jimmyh1988
foxes gerally kill for the fun of it anyway i did some work on a farm for 2 weeks years back and i had 30 chickens to look after by the end of those weeks i had 10 eventually we shot em with a rifle well the farmers friend did but thers alot of diseases that these animals get that just make you think wat sick muppet thought up the mixy virus in rabbits but hey it was best he was put to sleep via your rifle lol
