What to do with alcohol soaked sloe's/damsons

I have bottled up last years sloe/damson gin & brandy to free up a couple of demi johns for some ginger beer but it has left me with a few pounds of alcohol steeped fruit that I feel I should be able to do something with.

 

Any ideas?

Take the stones out and bake them into a frangipane tart.

 

Not sure the fruit is robust enough after their long soak to be sliced so finely, also there is not that much fruit left after you take out the stone anyway!

 

Sounds good though, I'll have to set the Missus on to make a pear one!!
