shakin stevens
Hi sounds ok to me with steel loads, maybe go for the remmi nitro loads in the bbs for geese pattern tested a few with a mate other day to show him how they go at 40yds, very good so if you keep your goose range at 40yds and pick your bird they should do the job. Thanks for the help guys! depends where you intend to shoot, on the foreshore flighting them then i would say your about right but decoying (closer ranges) i use 32gram 4's for duck and 36gm 1 or 3 for geese everyone has their own opinion and they vary greatly..do a few pattern tests and get out and shoot at a few, if you arent killing clean or hitting them then make a change but if you hit and kill clean then you are obviously using the right cartridges for you if you dont think you are going to have many shots and/or your pocket is full then go out and get some hevi-shot Edited August 30, 2010 by TJ91

MC
Remington's are definetly the best steel you can buy, but Gamebore are a very close second. BB's or 1's for geese 3's for duck on the shore and 4's over a pond

Guest cookoff013
i recomend a good load of 1s in steel for goose and 4s for duck. i`ve seen 28grams of 5 bismuth take a goose very cleanly. although i have seen it i wouldnt recomend it.
