Flocked decoy help

Hi, Just got hold of some flocked decoys. The colouring lookd good except that the white neck and wing bars are more of a dull off white.

These markings are much brighter on real birds so I was wondering if I should repaint them to make them stand out better?

Cheers. Special paint then or just any bright white?

I have also touched mine up, I just used my daughters white poster paint, made a terrific difference.

You could try what my shooting bud did and used tip-ex and melted half of our full bodied deeks necks...****.

I paint all my decoys, check the link below. been messing around with different types of paint/colours for ages.

These work a treat for me and I'm very pleased with the results. They're the cheapest non flocked shell type.

Shot over barley earlier this year, no magnet or bouncers, lost a few birds to the neighboring rape and wheat fields
