proTOM1
There all round me i think just been watching a drilled field with well over 3000 feeding away
anser2
Same around me Doc , very few pigeons. We have had some strong winds recently and its a good acorn year so they could all be in the woods.
adam f
I shot on Sat out at Bere Regis and we spent well over an hour driving 5 farms to find them.... same as you Doc - small batches of 4 or 5 in most fields, but no big numbers... finally found about 50 feeding - pushed then off as we set up and.... they never came back! The big roosting wood was heaving though! Just seems that none of the Dorset field have much left on them to draw big flocks so they have split up.. The crows havent though - so it ended up being a day on the black stuff.
leadbreakfast
loads my way too. went out fri, every time i would let a shot off they do a big circle and drop in the other end of the field. they just didnt want to leave. plus theres a forest at one end so there's a constant flight line. Spaniel
Must of only seen about 20 today and none were interested in the decoys and with the wind up their backsides they were not stopping to take a look......unlike a couple of crows which hung around to take a look

docholiday
Same around me Doc , very few pigeons. We have had some strong winds recently and its a good acorn year so they could all be in the woods. I noticed a lot of acorns, trouble was that I was sitting next to an acorn tree and they still wernt interested. To make it worse went stalking in the evening and didnt see a deer, buck or doe, I am going back to playing golf. doc
