David BASC
Dear all, If any of you are involved with a clay club, and you have facilities to help newcomers to the sport please could you let me know if you are interested in getting involved with my project? I want to take shooting to the wider public, and for those who are interested in taking up shooting, or finding our more, I need clubs and grounds that I can refer them too. We will be building a free to access central database of clay shooting opportunities on our web site, and promoting this at shows and events we go to, where we have a coaching line for example, and lasso in a localised media campaign in the press. If you are willing to help, please let me know at david.ilsley@basc.org.uk Thanks David

Bloke
Pinewood nr Gainsborough do 'have a go' sessions - really friendly and usually a free tea/coffee: http://www.pinewoodsg.co.uk/ They pointed me straight to BASC when I asked for advice, so they are obviously 'BASC-friendly' too.
