My Better half took this photo , of my daystate red ranger and one of my mates ,There is a lot of reds in this woodland , i do feed them in this area , it just happens that the red my better half snapped next to the red ranger is one that we hand reared and released in that area - see other thread for pic titled (red squirrel kitten)

I'd send a couple of these Red Squirrel pics into Kate Humble and Autumnwatch if I were you.They'd love to hear the story of the Red Squirrels I'm sure.

 

Thats a good idea BUT not a fan of the BBC and the bunny huggers tbh :good:

Fantastic pic, And well done with the red squirrels :good: We used to have red and grey squirrels at our school years ago. unfortunately they have all been replaced with the greys now, what a shame. Only time I see reds now is when I go to the Lake district (Derwent Water keswick)

 

Beauty of a gun too. needs framing and puttion in an art gallery. I could not take that out hunting.

great pic, and yep it would get missed by the BBC likes of Autumn watch. One of my other halfs best mates knows one of the producers, every party we go to I end up with bruising after being controlled while discussing foxes and shooting with her :unsure:
