danddo
Checked the weather forecast for Wednesday, overcast and a slight wind, decided a good day to have a go at the pigeons, spoke to the keeper who told me where he had seen a lot of activity on the estate. Went and had a look and plenty of pigeons flying about. Set up directly under a flight line and within ten minutes of being set up they started to come into the decoys, this continued other than for a period of approx 2hours. At one stage had a buzzard land in the centre of the decoys fascinating just to watch. Anyway finished the day picking 103, 70 woodies, 1 jackdaw and the rest ferals, so over the moon.
