Crouch valley
Went to the basc road show at towerlands last night and was very disapointed with the amount there. I was not expecting the CLA but there was hardly any stands there. The best part was catching up with a few old faces. What are ever body else views who went? paddywack12
I was disappointed as well, not alot there and crammed into a third of the hall. It would have been better if they had taken the whole hall. Not that would have improved the content but you would not have been on top of everyone. The only good thing was I managed to pick up a signed copy of "Merle" by Brian Plummer from the book stall.
Crouch valley
I agree could have been set up better it was far to cramped up. It would have been better if they had sold the tickets on the door from the hall so u did not have to keep finding it when u went to and from the bar. The only good thing I got was some peg numbers from marages.
Biggest
It was a shame they decided to squueze it all into 1/3 of that hall, especially as you had to go through the empty space to go and act like a sardine! Would have liked to have seen a few more exihibitors there, although I got some bits I was after so not a wasted journey.
treetop
I agree with all of the above... even if there wasn't sufficient stands to fill the whole hall..it would have been nice to mooch about, rather than be crammed in like sardines... entrance desk in the hall area, would have helped,as well. It would have had a better feel, and been more relaxed.. but all is good with hindsight!! a lesson for the next, but, you can bet your bum it wont happen..! al.
