harpoonlouis
I have some Tay Sport Muck boots which I though were pretty spot on but thought it was worth a heads up on these little "sock" from Dickies Workwear Dickies ( not an affiliate link ) I bought them in a country store in Melton for about 8 quid and they work a treat in my wellies. If you can get your boots on with thick socks then these will probably fit too. Very cozy wandering around the house too!
sitsinhedges
I had some camo'd neoprene welly socks last year, Gawd knows why they were camo but they worked well. Are these the same neoprene material
harpoonlouis
When I saw them in the wrapper I thought they were neoprene but they are a thick dense fleece type stuff which seems to wick away any sweat
Harnser
I use a similer sock that is very warm . You did need to go up another size in your boots to be able to wear them though . Harnser .
steve_b_wales
I use Heat Holder socks when wearing my boots. They are excellent, and really keep your feet warm. I bought 2 pairs (online)from the manufactures, and paid £12 + £1.50pp. I then saw them for sale in SHAWS (Drapiery) for £3.99 a pair, so bought some more. harpoonlouis
SHAWS (Drapiery) ? Where is this? Have you got a link or a contact number? Did my clay shoot today in freezing fog and 3-4 inches of frozen snow and toasty warm feet but I am always up for more comfort! jimmyb79
Ive just bought some AIGLE wellingtons for £110- no need for fancy socks as they are neoprene lined and very toasty warm Les :yp: Normally I'd agree, but having been sat on the marsh by the river Swale in Kent yesterday morning at -4c for a few hours, Aigle neoprenes don't do the job alone! Silk sock liners, Heat holders with wool socks over the top...just about kept warm! Heat Holders are some of the best socks I've ever come across, dirt cheap on evilbay too!
