ricky green
:good:out last night with a mate of mine to a local shoot where there had been a few foxes seen on shoot days so the chance was taken to shoot somewhere different,i hadnt lamped this ground before, but i know the ground well as i used to beat there. the night started slow, with the first fox shot at long distance. The second hiding in some trees bit tricky threading the bullet to him, with a bit of lineing up. we had another four foxes over the next 3hours,they were not very long shots, but out of the seven shot at.i did miss one sat looking at me at around 120ish yards. Did have a problem with the rifle bolt failing to pick up a round correctly, and when tryed to close the bolt,it would not shut, luckily wernt for from the truck where in the rifle case got a long rod, just for that reason it only takes the weight of the rod to push it out,job dun.
