wacker
Just picked up a few boxes of these, they come in felt wad, 30 gram, no 5 shot. Have any of you tried these - I hear they are supposed to be quite good. Going to use on Boxing Day for some high pheasants.
Cranfield
I saw some empty .410 and 28 ga Bornaghi cases at a local Clay Ground about 2 months ago, when my friend was ferreting about in the bins looking for .410 cases to reload. I can't help on their performance, but I would be interested in who is stocking them.

PhilR
I had some Bornaghi 24gm 6's which I shot pheasants and partridge with and thought they were a pretty good cartridge. I passed them onto to my pal when he bought my 20b Silver Pigeon. I don't think Bornaghi have an importer in the UK now, if there is they're keeping it a secret. I knew the original importer, personally. He was a World Champion Clay shooter!
poontang
I picked up some Bornaghi steel cartridges for 'fowling from Essex Shooting Supplies, near Colchester a couple of weeks ago. They're quite punchy compared to my usual Gamebore loads but they do the trick. Would definately use them again. Not sure if he does other cartridges in the range, though I would assume so. If anyone's local and wants to give them a try call ESS on 01206-331238.

starlight32
There is no UK importer of Bornaghi cartridges into the UK at the moment, However it is going to start up again. Best performing factory loaded 2 3/4" steel load I have ever used, 36g in a 70mm case. Edited December 26, 2010 by starlight32
dodeer
So how are Bornaghi's getting into the country then? Most people who stock Rc's do Bornaghi's but tend to only be in 28bores.

They're the ones I've been using. Certainly seem a hard hitting cartridge.
olddogfox
Just cartridges and sportsman in Newport have these in 28 gauge. I used the 28 gram load in my 28 gauge and they were nice to shoot. I only used them on clays as it was a new gun I was using and just wanted to try the gun out.
