Redgum
Pretty sure they are assembled in China now though still use Simmons Glass, I have a 3-10 x44 on my .22lr and they are a great scope for the money.

Not 100% sure of their origins nowadays (although I think they are still Philipino made....) but the 1.5-5x20 around £100, 3.5-10x40 around £130, 3.5-10x50 is around £140 and the 6.5-20 around £

Colster
Ive got a 3.5-10x40 in a draw somewhere, in good nick with a few marks £50+p&p if you want it, it was made in the phillipines mikee That's a pretty good deal. iirc the 1.5-5x20,3.5-10x40, 3.5-10x50 and 6.5-20x50 were all originally made in the Phillipines but they (and the newer sizes 3-10x44 etc) are now made in China. I've had a few but always ended up selling them on... personally I don't rate them that highly but I know plenty of people do.

Dekers
The Whitetail Classic is no longer made in the Philippines, and has not been for some time now. The Philippines scopes are better all round than the Chinese ones, and the 3.5-10x50 was an all time classic and excellent VFM. If anyone happens to buy a "NEW" WTC 3.5-10x50 today and it says made in the Philippines, they either have a dodgy "Copy" or Old stock that has been hanging around somewhere, just hope it is old stock and you will have got a cracking deal. The Chinese WTC 3.5-10x50 can be had for about £140, I saw it on offer at around £120 somewhere a while back!

1in9
I use a SWC 1.5-5x20 on my .303, excellent sight picture, well made and I really like the matt granite finish. Marked 'made in the Phillipines' on mine. I'd happily get one of the larger mag ones on the strength of my copy lots of gallery rifle shooters swear by them.
