jonno 357
The shell decoys are easier to pack. I can get 48, stored in 4 x dozen packs in my kit bag for almost the same pace 10 full bodied decoys take up Jonno
Cranfield
Good quality shell decoys.
Whitebridges
I use both, I carry 13 full body and 19 shells. I don't think one is any better than the other. A few full-bodied are using for sticking up in the hedgerow occasionally.
berthaboo
i think you are better of getting the flock shells or the latex full decoys may cost more but they are a lot better
stirky
My kit has 24 flock shells and 4 full bodied decoys that i use as lofters. If i were buying decoys to start out with i would recomend the flock shells, they are a bit more expensise but well worth that bit extra. Highlander
I would say the best decoys you can buy today are the flocked shells. Try using them with eeze wobblers. B***** deadly old chap! In truth I've only just started using the wobblers, went out with a couple of people who used them and was impressed BUT was even more impressed when I got my own AND read the instructions of how to stick 'em through the shells. Nobody else had got it right and I'd kept wondering why the rods stuck through the holes too much. Only complaint I had (until I got the old paint out) is they shine like a b****** in sunlight.
