Are you chilling these beers enough. They're made for drinking in hot countries and should be served COLD. Always liked Vikky Bits when I was in Oz, also Cruzcampo in Spain. Mind, some of these beers just don't "travel" they're made for home consumption in the warm.

I'll second that. Tsing Tao's great after a long day in humid climates: not too heavy and easy to knock back and cool you down.

i hate VB, nasty. From new zeland though, a beer called tui is lovely.

If anyone is ever in the vicinity of covent garden after a beer, try the porterhouse just off the strand, a street called maiden lane. Their food menus an a4 page, their beer menu a half in thick booklet! So many foreign beers.
