Spanishfly
Like just about everyone, started with a GAT I bought for ten bob in a junk shop. Had a lot of fun with it, useless as it was in almost any practical way. Edited March 3, 2011 by Spanishfly
Denzal99
My first was a Gat gun, followed by a Webley Excel, then a QB78. I've still got them all, the Webley is still a nice gun, if a little low on power now!

Blunderbuss
Used my mates Gats and Milbro BB repeater pistols from around 1976 until finally convincing my parents to reluctantly buy me a: Daisy BB pistol, not sure what model, circa 1977, it was garbage - I really wanted a Webley premier Milk round money bought me a Webley Hawk .22 in 1978 First proper wages bought me a BSA Mercury .22 in 1979. Moved onto shotguns after that and then found a job where I was paid to shoot big guns The allure of air guns paled a little for a few years after that. I haven't owned an air gun since but have been giving it a lot of thought recently, for old times sake
stripey999
First one in 1977 was a Webley & Scott (can't remember which one) followed a year later by an original 66 .177 target rifle.
