Hi all new to the forum so will be doing more post I hope I am looking for my first gun and I want a semi but what do you lot think I should go for

Winchester SX 3

Armsan Semi Auto

Beretta ES 100 Field Semi

My first idea was the Armsan cheap and i have seen more good than bad reviews but I had one for the weekend be it 2 nd hand and 50 rounds later not good jamming and not ejecting correctly with 28 and 32g loads put me off which is a shame so I am looking at spending a bit more money to get the reliability what do you lot think ?

I shoot a browning fusion and find it really reliable.

However when I had it from new it took a long time to get the cleaning technique right.

Many say you shouldn't clean them too much as this causes them to jam. I am not a believer in putting guns away dirty and will never shoot a gun without cleaning it (they cost too much for this.). The key is to keep them clean and work out how to do this properly. The key for me was carbueretta cleaner for the gas exchange port instead of oils and solvents

Back to your selection choice, the instructors at a local club I go to. Shoot twom sx3's with new shooters all the time and I've never seen them jam. Look pretty reliable to me and they are a really good price new..
