southeastpete
Ive recently acquired a .410 hushpower. its a great tool for the bunnies, unfortunately not many pigeons will come close enough, havent tried decoying them yet though. ive had a few bunnies today with it, but today i noticed a funny lump on a liver. i thought it might be suspect and thought id have to throw it out, but then checked another younger rabbits liver. it had the same thing. So im guessing its normal, can anyone tell me what it is? cheers, pete

Zapp
Its the gall bladder. Just cut it off (being careful not to cut into it) and discard.

Not all will be full, depends when they have eaten, as our esteemed mod has said remove, from professional experience don't use a knife, pinch the large duct between your fingers and pull it off. Frenchieboy
The photos show that it is certainly the gall bladder, every rabbit will have one! I don't know the difference in taste if you leave the gall blader in as I allway take them out as I was told that they could make the liver taste a little bitter. By the way - Good shooting mate, enjoy your "Hushpower", I'm sure it will serve you well!
