cpaulc Posted July 22, 2015 Report Share Posted July 22, 2015 I had to hang mine in a cool out buildfing for 2 days, left the skin on and a mozzie net over. Once skinned, the butchering was tricky as the meat was quite loose and much paler and wetter feeling too. Is this perhaps because it hasdnthung for long enough to 'set'?
