peas and rape to be taken off soon ..... yippee !

just spoke to the farmer on some permission i have to report some fly tipping, got chatting and the peas should have been taken off already but missed the boat with the rain and the rape the same, he said its going to be cut as soon as they can because the rain will affect the quality of the peas

 

also asked if we can get on the fields and have a quote :'damn good go' at the pigeons - damn right we will ........

 

lots of walking with the dog over the next couple of days then to check when its all been done then a day or two of work me thinks :good:

 

like a kid before christmas :lol:

I'd have thought you may have more luck on the rape than on the pea stubble. Pigeons seem to favour rape (or cereals) at this time of year.
