There was a thread a while back on here and somebody mentioned that one of our Eastern European brethren got very excited about the prospect of getting some fox meat :sick: . Its completely alien to us but to others its perfectly acceptable. There are nations that think pork and shellfish are not fit to for human consumption yet we go mad on them.

It wasn't that long ago that Billy hams used to be a country staple. Can't imagine anybody going out of their way for that now.

cant remember the thread, but i replied on here while back about briand plummer eating fox and mentioning it in one his books. he said it was vile tasting and worse smelling, said the cooking made his house stink for weeks.

personally i'd rather eat that strand of frozen snot hanging from his lip pubes.

It does!! All respect for its master vanished instantly. :lol:

Why eat the chuffing head first? I'm sure there are better cuts on a Fox.

I wondered that, but just the same I'd say you were wrong, there is NOTHING good about fox, I had some "roasted" Hind Quarters many years back, once was more than enough!

:good::good:
