Bleeh
They do exist, some grow up to become black foxes, but more often than not they just turn into very dark foxes as they mature. You could also be getting old, and getting far to excited over a startled cat.

Dekers
Personally I have never seen them, but I have certainly heard reports of black ones and white ones. Saw a virtually Black Fallow a couple of weeks back, but they to come in all sorts of shades!

Frenchieboy
We had a quite a big black dog fox on one of my permissions a while back! It was seen by myself, the farmer and another member of this forum that I took out with me. He (The fox not the other forum member) hasn't been seen for a while now so maybe he has either moved on or wandered onto a nieghbouring permission and got nailed! Edit: Also a white fallow buck seen by several people on the same permission recently! Edited August 29, 2011 by Frenchieboy

Vince Green
Its all down to New Labour's open door immigration policy. Its probably got a council house and lives off benefits.
browning123
I seen a badger last nite whilst out that was all white except bit of black on its face In the old days we used to get badgers coloured red & white around the St Asaph area in North Wales. I also saw a mounted red & white one in a case in an Auction a few years ago.
