debaser
I do a bit too. I used to be well into my weights but a baby at home changes that, very little free time now!
ben0850
Aye train 6 days a week, don't lift as heavy as I used to due to climbing more often but still box and spar too! Proper spit and sawdust gym with a distinct lack of Lycra clad ladies lol
oneshotkiller
Used to do a lot but like a few have said very little time nowadays ! Used to love my boxing and muay thai so used to lift in conjunction with that

yankeedoodlepigeon
Every lime I go for a pee I'm hefting a fair weight about, does that count? Is that shirt lifting you are referring to??
libs
Occasionally go to the gym, stand around a bit, lift things up and then put them down. I also run about 15km a week. Just to keep the beach body and 6 pack for the ladies really....

Proper spit and sawdust gym with a distinct lack of Lycra clad ladies lol Surely the only reason to go to the gym is "Lycra clad ladies!" Diceman
Is that shirt lifting you are referring to?? No, I have to pull my belly out of the way so I can see where I'm aiming...

-Mongrel-
use to be into weightlifting due to rugby...got to a nice size that I was happy with..then went and worked abroad...lost nearly 3 stones ...all the mass I built up..when I got back just could not be bothered anymore Similar story for me. I trained hard for over a year and got to a decent size and well proportioned. Met a new girlfriend and spent 3 months concentrating my energies on her...and lost most of the bulk I'd worked so hard to put on. If you stop training or even cut it back, the bulk just falls off and to be honest I couldn't be ***** to spend all that time putting it back on...didn't seem to worry the GF either, we're still together 10 years later!
