Rushjob
Got a call from a local farmer that he was going to be harvesting his last field of rape this morning and he had seen two foxes run into it last night. Went down with the shottie only to see one fox slink across the cut area and out of the field before I had my gun out of the car. As the standing area got smaller, the fun started with four fine specimens being driven out, one got clear but the other three didn't. The dog fox at the front of the pic was a good few years old from his teeth. The two vixens behind him were from this years litter but in good condition - wonder how many partridges and chickens they had eaten between them? Lord Geordie
Seen a few lads riding on the back of the tractors durin harvesting with their shotguns getting a mixed bag of Rabbit and Foxes, Seems a great way to shoot as you get a good over view of the area from such a height. I got an invite a few weeks back for a Fox drive but couldn't get the time off work Cracking bag there
