Zapp
I've had the odd one or two in every few hundred, but never anything like that. As has been said, take them all back and get them changed.
mowdy
What type of .22 rifle was it a bolt action or a semi auto? .when was the bolt last cleaned as the falt may lie with the rifle giving light strike's on the cartrige head and not the ammo!. bob. Harnser
Light strikes is a possibility and that would be down to the gun . More likely a bad batch of ammo . The primer compound on rim fire cartridges is spun into the case as a liquid and some times it does not coat the whole of the rim of the cartridge leaving blank spots . I bet if you re chamber the rounds and they strike on a different part of the rim they will go BANG . Harnser .
henry d
My mate has a problem with his lever action too, could be a firing pin problem.

allthegearandnoidea
I get this sometimes on my anchutz .22 when I accidentaly move the bolt slightly up. It is still closed but not fully down then it will fire but not strike the cartridge properly. If the bolt is down fully it works all the time.
