Baldrick
Would downloading the images from your camera to a programme like Google's Picasa 2 help? I use that, instead of @rsing around with camera- or printer-specific software. It enables you to pick you pics, as you say.
Dunkield
Hello mate, does it come with that Camedia software? I hope not, it is awfull Can you 'see' the camera from your pc? In other words what happens when you plug the camera into the pc, does a window pop up?

al4x
try plugging it in, then opening windows explorer. Look on the My computer screen and you should see the external device plugged in. Open the folders and you should find the pictures which you can copy and paste into a folder on your hard drive. Or download Picassa which is free and that will do it for you a very good programme for organising pics
Cranfield
It does sound as though there could be a problem with your camera software. Look on www.download.com or www.snapfiles.com to see if there is any free camera downloader software on there, it could at least be worth a try. Dunkield
Personally, I would say if you have XP try al4x's suggestion first, loading more programs will just confuse the issue, get it working and then start adding bits and bobs if you want them - years of cocking things up have tought me that much at least..
