100milesaway
Don't forget Guys and Gals, it's the Yorkshire Championsip shoot at Rufforth on Sunday. It's only 75 birds as i think Phil has difficulty getting enough markers for the ton. from Auntie
Azzurri
I've got a pretty good idea of what the targets will be before i get there. Plenty of skeet, dtl and don't forget the famous going away pair from the 'Chicken Hut' ..... seen it all before. Sorry to be so negative, but only 75 birds as well, i just can't get revved up for this one. Azzurri.

Mr Potter
Fauxdegla for me, you can shoot Shugborough in 2 weeks time. Even though I'm not shooting well at the moment I'd prefer the different challenge of Fauxdiddly. Have a look on multimap Azzurri it may be about the same distance. Mr Potter Hi Mr P I don't mind travelling, that's not the problem,i usually try to take a direct route but the route to Crabtree looked a bit **** to me Drive West from the East Coast until you hit the Irish Sea,turn right then head North until you arrive at your destination in the Lake District, other than that there isn't a decent road between here and there Anyways i've had my arm twisted by somebody bigger than me,been told to behave and been promised a cuppa when i get there.... How can i refuse Anywhere over your way is **** for me to get to,it's just a long haul Azzurri. Edited November 2, 2011 by Azzurri

George's Dad
Evening mate, you definitely missed a cracking shoot at Rufforth (Yorkshire Sporting Ch'ships) yesterday! Besides the excellent weather, the targets were absolutely bang-on - I didn't hear anybody complain. FYI - only 1 skeet bird (as part of a simo combo, which left a few dents in A LOT of scorecards, only 1 DTL bird - no further comment, and a single from the chicken hut that was easily missed with a tasty L-R X-er off the left hand bank). THE talking point was Stand 8 - a nice distant blaze teal, which was a brill target on it's own, but on report was a high R-L X-er, showing a touch of belly which was a REAL target. I nailed a couple using Mr. Muller's No2 and Pure Gold 7's, but some better shots than me had a terrible time! Phil T and Shamus got it all right yesterday - I know you would have loved it. Byee. Glad you enjoyed it I bet it made a REAL change to only have 1 skeet bird & 1 DTL bird on,that's nearly unheard of for Phil You're probably right i would have enjoyed the targets, value for money too at twenty-seven quid for 75 birds Azzurri. 100milesaway
Yes, i have to agree with Georges Dad there were some very good targets on offer, nothing silly. I think 64/75 was winning when i left, I only scrapped through with a 52. A good day out. from Auntie.
