I saw a programme on the telly where they used tomato's out of a tin rubbed on skin to get rid of skunk musk! I don't think it was an april fool as I watched it at Christmas. There is that metal bar that supposedly gets rid of smell too. Will see if i can find it and post a link.

Here it is, I think it is sold in some fishing catalogues in the UK, but this will show you what i mean.

Stainless Steel. You can get egg shaped hand cleaners made from Stainless Steel in Tesco's etc. They are supposed to remove any unwanted odours. I havent tried one but apparantly, they do work well.

I have worked with stainless steel for about the last 19 years and never noticed that!

I have the aswer after many years of smelly mitts.

Buy a box of latex gloves as used by the medical profession.

You can re-use these until they fall to pieces.

I always have a pair on me when shooting.

When I go rabbit bashing I gut the rabbits when I have accumulated four - this saves weight in the game bag.

When I get back to the car that is when we skin and dress them.

It works - do it - you know it makes sense :no::no::no:
